• Eligible Homeowners !!!
• Energy Star Tax Rebate: “Up to $600 (or 30% of the product cost) for upgrading your windows in one taxable year”
• This means for Energy Star purposes that if a homeowner purchases $1,500 in Materials and you charge them $1,000 in labor they get a $450 rebate. Credit must be mentioned in order and client must fill out the form online between the October 15th, 2025 – December 15^th , 2025 promotional period.
• Target will offer a rebate of $30 per window for eligible purchases between October 15th, 2025 – December 15^th , 2025. Maximum rebate 10 Windows.
• Ex. Customer orders 10 Windows from the Dealer – Customer receives rebate in the form of “Energy Star Credit” – Check made out to the customer for $600 and CLEAR NORTH Windows, Siding & Roofing will provide matching rebate per separate agreement..
• Target’s maximum rebate is $300. Rebate checks will be distributed on or before Feburary 15^th ,2026
• The Customer and Dealer must pay in full for Windows by 12/15/25 to receive qualifying credit.
